Quality Since 1924. Jacob Liscow began processing fruit in 1924 for large bakery customers. Jacob’s children and son-in-law, Stanley Liscow, Mimi Liscow and Jerome Cohen, gathered during the holidays to produce and share small batches of their favorite preserves amongst family and friends. The preserves became a yearly event for the Liscow and Cohen family. It took another generation to bring these preserves to the public when Jacob’s grandsons, Dan Cohen and Andrew Liscow, began to sell the preserves to the local markets. Since then, Clearbrook Farms has impressed palates across the country and continues to be the preserve of choice for many discriminating customers who have enjoyed these preserves for more than 50 years.
